  • Have you configured a data source using the configuration wizard in order to run a backup?
  • Did you complete your first backup?
    • Need to configure data source? Please see the step above to do so.
    • Did the backup job fail because of an error? Visit the job monitor via your Dashboard in the Hub.
  • Are you leveraging our full suite of offerings? View the tabs at the top on the Dashboard in the Hub.
  • Have you added another admin or additional user?
  • Do you need to leverage Support?
  • Are you utilizing the capacity you have purchased? Add more Servers (Core Backup), or Users (O365, EndPoint), via the Hub.
